How to exchange electronic documents with the Bank?

In order to send an electronic document to the Bank, please go to the TOOLS tab located in the left menu bar, then choose the CUSTOMER MESSAGES tab.

You can view messages sent to you by the Bank, view messages that you sent to the Bank, and send new messages.

To send a new message:

1. Click the New Message button.

2. In the Subject field, enter the message title.

3. In the Message field, type the text of your message.

4. In the Documentation field, you can upload Doc, Docx, PDF, and TXT files from your device. Up to seven (7) files can be attached to a message at a time. The maximum size of each message is 10 MB.

5. After you have typed your message, click Send.

6. If necessary, the Cancel button is available to return back to the main Customer Messages page.

7. After the message has been sent, it will be moved to the Sent folder.

To review sent messages:

1. The Sent folder contains all messages sent by you to the Internet Bank support team.

2. To see your sent messages, click the Sent tab.

3. Expand the record by clicking the arrow icon to see the full message.

To view received messages:

1. The Inbox folder contains all messages received from the Internet Bank support team.

2. To see your inbox messages, click the Inbox tab.

3. Messages that appear in bold are unread messages in your Inbox folder.

4. Expand the record by clicking the arrow icon to view the full message.

5. Click the Reply icon to reply to the message. In order to send an electronic document to the Bank, please go to the TOOLS tab located in the left menu bar, then choose the CUSTOMER MESSAGES tab.
